FluxNet

Fluxnet is an international research networking connecting universities and government scientists to study the influence of the carbon cycling on the climate along the northern boreal ecosystem.

Fluxnet consists of an online data portal for sharing and distributing raw meteorological data among participants and integrated with a global meteorological Oracle-based data warehouse.  Raw data obtained from multiple stations around the world and relayed via satellite are parsed and dumped to the data warehouse.

BPlotter is a C and Matlab desktop application for retrieving, analyzing, and saving raw fluxnet data.  It is designed to help scientists discover and compare patterns across decades of data by using graphical analysis and auto-magical comparison suggestions.
