Cashless Schools

Cashless Schools is a comprehensive system, built from the ground up to meet the emerging needs of online funds management and transparent audit trails in schools.  Partnering with First National Technologies Inc. from Vancouver, Canada, we designed the entire vertical system, from load-balanced web and database server clusters to the sales website and email marketing initiatives to a call-center support system.

The Cashless Schools project is composed for 4 distinct components: Cashless Schools Payment Center, SPARC Administrative Console, Call-Center Support System, and Marketing and Sales initiative.  Each component is hosted on custom built server clusters distributed internationally to comply with country specific privacy and banking laws as well as provide redundancy across the system.

Highly configurable, including skinnable front-ends, custom client domain support, country specific cultures (datetime formats, currency, etc.) with customizable available languages, multiple payment gateway integration (pre-authorized debit, electronic check, credit card, Interac Direct), exportable reporting and audit trails,  inter-component communication tools, and a comprehensive email marketing and education campaign.
